Not a doubled die, but a possible repunched mint mark. Would need clearer pics to attribute.

I suck at taking pictures. What's the deal about the 1960 and 1970 small and large dates? How can you tell?

On the 1960 for the dates, does it matter which mint mark or no mint mark?
