Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 02/26/2008 8:17 pm The US issued Phillipines coins from that year are 0.750 silver . and the 5 centavos is copper/nickel. They are listed in the RedBook,, I have collected these type coins for several years ,,they are a really nice piece of history . Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 02/26/2008 8:35 pm The earlier 50 centavos and Peso coins from 1903- 1906 are 0.900 silver ,, there are also 0.800 silver phillipines Peso's ,, the Peso from 1936 is 0.900 silver .
