Came across this listing on ebay,Looked at the picture & thought WOW! I then read and realized their fake.The seller is selling them as a novelty but it just doesn't seem right.
This is so wrong on so many levels it's not even funny!
Sure, he's clearly stating that they are fake novelty items of the time period, BUT....from what I can tell, they are not marked "COPY" as required by law.
The scariest thing is, that they are ALL very well made and almost look genuine if not for being MS examples of very rare error coins!
Whomever buys these will undoubtedly break the lot up and attempt to sell these individually as genuine error coins to novice collectors.
Thus saturating another genre of numismatic collecting with these worthless fakes from the East!
Just one more death nail in the coffin for coin collecting as we once knew it!
