Sure, he's clearly stating that they are fake novelty items of the time period, BUT....from what I can tell, they are not marked "COPY" as required by law. The scariest thing is, that they are ALL very well made and almost look genuine if not for being MS examples of very rare error coins! Whomever buys these will undoubtedly break the lot up and attempt to sell these individually as genuine error coins to novice collectors. Thus saturating another genre of numismatic collecting with these worthless fakes from the East! Just one more death nail in the coffin for coin collecting as we once knew it! BH1964 Bedrock of the Community United States 10982 Posts	Posted 02/11/2016 10:24 pm The ebay listing violates their rules because it's listed in: Coins & Paper Money > Coins:US > Errors And yes, they need to be marked as copies of replicas as well.
