1960-P Small Date Over Large?

Im not 100% positive but in searching my inherited collection I've come across what seems to be a 1960 small date over large date variety. My grandfather labeled it simply a small date variety but I noticed something on the 6 in the date. Thoughts and opinions are appreciated as always.

I believe that is just part of the design.

Just a normal 1960 small date coin. (which is still a premium coin because of low mintage on the small date Philly cents)

Here is an image showing the normal design on the 6 which you might have thought was a small over large overdate
on your coin.
