Gold is fairly soft so given the booming luster my guess is graders would give this coin the benefit of the doubt ("some light handling by mint personnel") and say MS-62
The new photos show friction in the obverse fields and on Liberty's cheek and hair. Lots of small contact marks do not affect the generous amount of remaining luster. I see no large hits. It's a baggy slider with a technical grade of AU-58, but not choice for the grade. Value for this common-date double eagle will be closely tied to the spot price of gold.
