It seems like every coin that is shot too far back with a wood grain background is a counterfeit. You see it on ebay over and over again.

At $200, I'm guessing the flea dealer thinks it's genuine. A scammer would likely sell it for under $100 to quickly catch a fish. Then, if a buyer tries to return it, he'll claim it was switched. Eventually, this rude flea dealer will get a comeuppance, methinks.
