I've got 14 banknotes from grade and the only one has this word "specimen" on slab. What does it mean? The S/N isn't 0000000 .

I understand the word "specimen" the same - as a sample.
But why PCGS says it's a sample?A sample of this issue looks different.

Email PCGS Currency and ask them. They should be able to explain it.

Thanks!
I thought about it,but before I asked here. And PCGS takes very long time for answers.I asked already about certification numbers of my notes in slabs, they don't work(or I do something wrong) in the PCGS base, but I'm still waiting for an answer.

It's a PCGS sample of a genuine note (vs. the Somali sample in the ebay link).

That means, that is the very first example of this kind of note by PCGS?
I've this coin http://www.PCGS.com/pop/valueview.aspx?s=129125 ,it's also the first one of this kind by PCGS,but on slab isn't "specimen".And also, why they write it on a slab, what it this info must bring the owner of the banknote?

PCGS Currency is not PCGS Banknote.

PCGS Currency is a separate company that licensed the name. PCGS Banknote is part of Collectors Universe, European based.

So look up your bill here: http://www.PCGSeurope.com/banknotes/cert/80634495

David's book doesn't list PCGS Banknote, only a handful (3) of PCGS Currency non-US samples (no clue as to sequence).

China 1 Jiao
Nicaragua 1 centavo
Zambia 50 kwacha

You also have to remember that just because there is only one doesn't mean it's rare. I have a couple of items that are pop 1 because only an idiot would have spent $10 to have a $5 coin slabbed...
