ICCS would not qualify this as a "Hanging 3" as it's not defined enough-already had this discussion with them at length and it's not graded so it's condition is unknown by professional standards. Bought this one for 5 bucks. 201590702463 Had a bonus die crack. I couldn't resist making an offer. I really didn't need another hanger.
