rohumpy Valued Member United States 164 Posts	Posted 06/10/2008 05:43 am I have a question regarding a statement in the latest catalogue of a well known coin company. In describing the return to Monticello Jeffersons, words to the effect are given that the reverse showing Monticello has been modified from the original reverse. I have looked and looked and can't convince myself that there has been a modification. Perhaps there has been a strengthening of the design of Monticello, but I doubt it. biokemist6 Bedrock of the Community United States 12437 Posts	Posted 06/10/2008 08:58 am Yes, the 2006 Monticello was modified a bit to be more architecturally accurate with a few extra minor details. Since the obverse was a completely new design, Felix Schlag's intials were also moved to the reverse. Report this Post to the Staff
