Hi to all Coin Community Members, I got this 1984 Washington quarter, but there seems something wrong that I could not figure out. Would appreciate everyone's help in advance.

The word IN and T were erased or almost erased from Thrust and the mint mark P is too small no hole.

Looks like the date is also affected a bit. Probably a Grease Filled Die issue. (These devices look enlarged a bit) If it were PSD I would expect to a metal distortion on those areas. But that is not the case on your coin.
