1945 Wheat Penny Questionable Mint Mark

I have a lot of coins I've put up to look at closer and just to have . Among those is a bag of wheat pennies. This 1945 seems to have a slightly different coloration than most, possibly just oils through the years, however there looks to be a d mint mark just above and to the left, barely noticeable, then I took a picture to post on here and seen what might be a "ghost" of an s immediately above and towards the right. My eyes aren't great can someone help me K ow what I might be looking at despite the horrible picture

Hard to be certain without a sharper close-up - could be a die chip or die gouge, possibly even a leftover mark from a hit.

If it is raised, it is a die gouge, if it is incuse (inwards) it is a damaged hit/contact.
