2016 D Lincoln Shield Cent / LSC Mintmark Error Or Watermark?

nemlas Valued Member United States 213 Posts	Posted 06/06/2018 4:31 pm I have a coin with a D out of place also (D is on the shoulder) I was told it was called a dropped die and didn't really add value to the coin. If it was a struck through something, the area would be incuse: The area in question looks flat. On a dropped letter than can be normal/mirrored depending on how the fall out of the die.
