Hello friends, just wondering about a 1982 penny, weight is 3.08g. It shows 3.08 when in the middle of the scale but I couldn't upload the pic so moved it to the bottom to make it smaller.Should I get it graded? Thank you

Normal cent at its normal weight. Not worth grading. The big one for 1982 is the 1982 D small date copper.

Your coin is a normal copper cent from 1982. Very common. It is worth 1 cent, or ~1.8 cents if you calculate the copper melt value.
It is normal to find 1982 cents in both copper and zinc compositions. 3.08 grams is within tolerance for a copper which should be 3.1 grams.

That is a small date but not a Denver mint. You can study the date though.

I think there are 7 types in 1982. Good luck and have fun.
