Please I want honest opinions about this coin please I think it's ddo-005 myself but could be wrong also do any of you all think I should have it graded?

Doesn't match at all. The reason why is because DDO-005 is only on the Proof Strike version, not the Business Strike version. You have the normal Business Strike 1972 S Cent. And no, definitely not worth getting it graded by a TPG as it would be a big waste of time and money. The grading would cost much more than the coin was worth itself.
