See comparison shots with another 2015 D Dime
It looks bumpy but is smooth to touch like any other dime?

What kind of error is this?

@C5, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with @john1 that this looks like wear rather than a mint error. Could you please post the weight of this coin?

Hi All thanks for the comments. Surface of the coin is smooth with no scratches or bumps felt at all. It feels like a regular dime except for the appearance and it is thinner. I do not have a scale to get the weight yet. In the pictures the edge is compared to another 2015 dime. I also compared it to a 1965 dime its closer in comparison. I am new to this so greatly appreciate all of your input.
