I was wondering if any of you guys knew whether or not this DDO has ever been found in 1976-D mint sets or if this one is really just found in circulation.

Has anyone ever found one of these in a mint set?

I apologize if this is not the correct sub-forum for this question.

The die varieties that can be found in mint sets are fairly well documented, probably only a few missing here: http://www.varietyvista.com/26%20Mi...y%20Year.htm

I doubt the FS-101 can be found in mint sets and it's not listed in that link above.

You posted under the right heading. Can't say that I've seen a Double Die Obverse. Looks as though I'll be searching a few dozen rolls of Bicentennials tonight.
