Found this 1944 LMC with an area under the G in GOD just wondering what others thoughts were, probably PMD just wondering, thanks in advance

What does the reverse look like. (it appears raised. But it would not be a 'G'. BUt in order for it to be a device, then where are the other devices in that area of the 'O'. A close up of the 'LIBERTY' area and a bit above.

Thanks for the replies, I did not seen any raised areas on reverse here are some close up of the area above liberty
