fortcollins Pillar of the Community United States 3677 Posts	Posted 05/01/2020 7:47 pm It's impossible to tell from photos, but the luster looks flat. If so, it could have been over-dipped and then mishandled, explaining both the flat luster and heavy obverse and reverse fingerprints. (Dipping isn't cleaning, but over-dipping is cleaning.) You have the coin in hand, and can make a better assessment of the luster. IMHO, it's either UNC details or MS-62. Report this Post to the Staff
