Hello, first of all would like to thank everyone for taking the time to read this and anyone replying. Now I couldn't find anything about a 1981 DDO so maybe it's not lol.

Looks like the beginnings of Die Deterioration Doubling ( DDD) on IGWT. This is a normal coin. Spender.

The only DDO I've seen for this date is on the Philly, but it is interesting. I suspect it's Die Deterioration, but perhaps one of the experts on the forum will be able to chime in. A better photo of the second 1 would help a lot, as it's hard to tell if there are some split serifs going on there.
