I found a 1973 D I. A roll that looks exactly like a proof coin.

Hard to identify when we have nothing to look at.
Post a clear , cropped photo of both sides and there will be someone here
who will be able to help you.
It can't be a proof though, all proofs in 1973 were struck in San Francisco

While cropping the image don't be afraid to use the - magnifying glass in the Image Optimizer to make the picture and file size smaller.
