Searched and didnt find much in Wexler so that leads me to think MD. There is separation and on the date I know I cant get a good pic the 3 looks to be double like two separate 3's. Ear has got me.I also think I see an eyeball on his fivehead. I'm sober. I think if I zoom in you will get blurry pics, but I tried with a couple. Thanks..

Looks like a lighting trick to me. The ear hasn't increased in size compared to a normal cent's ear, so I think it's just a matter of lighting.

Everything looks pretty much normal. A tap on the 4head. Do you use editing software? That might help your images a lot more?
