Maybe just contact damage on the reeds? — but impossible to know without additional photos.

Yes, a more complete set of large and sharp photos is (desperately) needed.

I will do my best. As you know the Eisenhower is very large and I am having issues getting the entire photo with my microscope. I definitely know what I need in a microscope but probably cant afford it. I will try again tomorrow to post a clearer and more photos...tired of trying to use this microscope...

Looks like the design was normal, then re-arranged from damage?
