comes back MS64 ? Was I big glob by the eye you can still see it. Why didnt it come back Cleaned or Environmental Damage

Not a coin that I would send to PCGS for grading . Extremely common date , dark spots ,not a strong strike . Add that to the fact that you thought it would come back Details .

Truly it should not have been submitted but ms64 sounds a tad high. I don't see a cleaning on it. Not details to me.
