Not worth grading. Need a full obverse pic, but looks VF Details, Environmental damage and cleaned.

Agreed, VF Details environmental damage. Not worth the grading fees.

Value in this state is much lass than the grading fees.

Nice looking reverse but an environmental issue plagues this coin . You don't send coins in for grading when they look like this one , Unless they are rare and would still hold some value .

always check here before considering slabbing a coin. this coin would need to be high AU to be cost effective enough to have it graded. this is how you learn and possibly save $$
