Hi All,

Tried to research this but came up with nil. At first I thought it might be PMD due to the condition of the obverse rim - Dryer Coin? But then I started looking more closely at reverse. Not sure so I am asking the experts.

Hope the pics are ok. Still struggling with glare.

Thank you for all your observations.

That was more or less the design that year. They all were strange dimes that year.
