1913 Buffalo Nickel Type 2-Grade It

Here is another beauty that I found in that old collection. There were 3 1913 Buffalo nickels, and this is the 2nd one. Would those black spots near the edge/rim of the coin take points off of the grade? I was thinking it was a low mint state grade, but what do you guys think about the grade?

These are from macvanderstein. All of these pics are by him, I just tried to crop them. I will try to get enlarged photos from him as soon as I can

Never mind. I zoomed in on these, and there are a lot of contact marks on the obverse. There is also a slight scratch on the reverse. This would get a low ms grade maybe. Thanks for your help!

I purchased coins from him before and the photos were quite deceptive and the copper had been obviously acid dipped...that was the last time I made the mistake of buying from him.
