Lincoln 1960 One Cent Date Error?

Hello all,

This is Lincoln 1960 one-cent. you can see in the picture that the number 9 in the date has some kind of a dot. and also word liberty looks a bit off. could it be an error? will be glad to hear your opinions :)

Good example of die chips--in the 9 (also known as a 'broken post') and the R in LIBERTY.

nice die chip. I don't think the 9's have a post as they are open numbers not closed up like 4,8,or 0's

They are small die chips which are not considered an error.
