When I look on ebay (rarely anymore) usually I laugh at the misleading and inaccurate descriptions and titles. But when dealer does it....I shake my head. If they do this can they be trusted? I think not. Have a look at some of the other 50 cent auctions they offer, even worse. WOW

I think F-12/15 but cleaned to within an inch of its life and deep scratches. So there were only 38,000 minted. If there's only 100-150 collectors, supple far exceeds demand.

You definitely have to go by the pictures, not what's in the description. That's why I don't buy coins sight unseen anymore. I find that even reputable dealers don't always get it right either.
