Hello,

Total newbie to coin collecting. Found this in a Dansco album that is complete from 1959 to 2009.

Looks to me like a strikethrough error--maybe through cloth. Any thoughts about potential value? Worth getting certified?

Not an error. It is trapped debris between the copper plating and the zinc core.Value 1¢

to the CCF

Not a Struck Through. Those are plating bubbles, very common on zincoins.
Value 1 cent.

I agree, not a strike through, and no, no way worthy of third party grading

Well, to CCF and to coin collecting.
and this coin is one you should think about swapping out for a better one. That zinc will start rotting out at some point once the bubbles break open.
