I found this 1990 half dollar in my spare change. I think this could be struck twice on the obverse of the coin. The feathers on the eagle's upper leg on the reverse seem to be struck through right onto JFK's head. I measured it and the measurements seem to indicate that a strike through could have occurred. Also, there is another strike of the reverse on the obverse near the R in Liberty on the top right of JFK's head? I think that is talons of the eagle's OTHER leg on that strike near the R in Liberty. To add to this, there is also two notches in the reeds of the coin too. Like I said, I think the two notches in the reeds are PMD, but with the exception of what I think is a strike through on two parts of the obverse. Sorry for the photos in advance
The business strike was only once strike. what I see the marks are incuse and have forms of hit. Also on the rims we can see clear the coin took some hits. I am sorry to tell. but your coin it is PMD.
On the Reverse back of the eagle neck I see some strike trough grease with a very small minimal Die Gauche (for this I am not 100% because the photos do not let me point more then 200%)
