What is your question about the mintmark? - yes, this quarter has one - from Denver. Is it damaged? yes it is.

Appears to be a normal looking mintmark with some damage to it. What are you seeing? Please be specific.

I do not understand the question. Are you asking if the coin has a mint mark?

No RPMs after 1990. If the mintmark would have been doubled, then it would have been part of a Doubled Die. But it just a contact mark and also on the field to the left of the mintmark, there is a contact mark from the reeds on the outside edge of the coin. Not a collectable.
