I just pulled this coin from a large lot of Buffalo nickels. What do you think?

Looks like the 14/13-P coin to me ! Nice one ! The Cherry Pickers Guide shows strong prices for these, and they might be a master die issue , meaning they might be pretty common. Only listed in VF or better though, for low grades I would look for some auctions. Try to find a D mint , I think so far only P and S mints are accounted for, if a D is confirmed it would strengthen the master die theory.

I sure would like a few more opinions on this coin before I decide whether to submit this one.

I see a 3 under that 4, but it is so faint, it might be wishful thinking.

Looks good to me and shows the underdgit better than most of the 4/3's. (on most of them that I have seen it takes some imagination to see that top bar of the 3.)

It is most certainly a 3 over 3. I have one of those from that die myself.

I meant a 4 over 3, not a 3 over 3 as in my original post. I have this exact same die and it is obviously an overdate -- BUFFNIXX
