1820 Capped Bust Half For Grading / Overton

This one I could not figure out the Overton for this 1820 Large Date, Square 2, Knob 2. Photo lighting and skills are poor, so keep that in mind. Most of these I am posting today appear perfectly original. Also, for the Overton experts, please provide an opinion also on the premium - the PCGS guides barely show any having a premium. Thank you!
