Looks like a VF25 to me, though the damage may knock it down a bit. Depending on the nature and extent of it, this might be a Details coin.

A really dark coin. A VF grade seems correct. Ok

Thanks for your opinions. I think I will pass this coin as I think it is a bit too dark for my taste.

VF possible details. thats a pretty deep hit in front of the eagle beat but sometimes they will overlook these on lower grades
