I'd assume its a strike through but of what I don't know. I mainly just wanted to get more opinions and also to ask if it's worth grading since it is really beat. I appreciate any thoughts on this. Also sorry I still haven't invested in a proper Coin Camera, so this is best I can do. Report this Post to the Staff
