I am sure you are asking about the EXTRA BEARED
The error is a type of doubled die variety, where the striking die was misaligned during the hubbing process, resulting in a secondary, faint image of the beard being struck onto the coin,
But your coin is a normal strike.

This year did have enhanced hair, beard and lower lip.
