What does one do, or check on, to confirm if it's a high relief?

I placed my just newly acquired 1922 Peace, flat on a level glass plane with Obv on top, the coin does not lay flat evenly (about half a mm rim separation from glass at an arc point) however if the Rev is on top, it does lay flat. The Rev (eagle) is EF and the Obv is F to VF

Thank you for the reply

The high relief comes from a different hub design than the low relief. For me the quickest way to tell the difference is the look at the spike just to the right of the E in LIBERTY. IF it come up to just the top of the bottom leg of the E then it is the high relief. If it almost reaches the middle bar of the E then it is the low relief. On the reverse look at the rays at the eagles tail. On the low relief from the left the third ray runs through the N of ONE and barely reaches the left upright of the N. On the high relief it's the fourth ray that goes through the N and it extends to over the center of the O.

thank you conder101!
that is great info, appreciate the key descriptions.
checked, both indications on the spike E at Obv and the ray through N at Rev show my coin is a LOW relief.
Thanks!
