I came across 3 of these 1974D quarters with flat features but not seeing flow lines or deteration doubling. How do I classify these?

ok, I'm looking at the flat details of all the lettering and the mound that is a mint mark. I didnt know if that was normal. Thanks for your reply.

It almost looks like insufficient striking pressure from the dies which makes it look flat, to me at least
And yes, a nice looking quarter

The mint mark has a broken post, that is why it looks like that. The rest looks pretty normal.
