Coin Shop In St. Augustine Or Jacksonville, Florida

I stopped at Z-man's Rare Coins while I was there. I didn't buy anything, but prices seemed fair when I dropped in.

Z-mans is pretty small. There's a larger store outside the historic district, in a strip mall. I think it's Silver Dollar City. They had a nice selection.

It's my home zone.
Silver Dollar City is (as I understand it) closing due to the passing of an owner or principal, but I may be wrong about that, confirm.

The Vault is run by the son of 'The Coin Guy' and does definitely do coins/bullion/numismatics, but also handbags, now sports and Pokemon cards, etc. and the numismatic involvement will basically be your typical 'look up on ebay what the last graded example sold for', TikTok kid wearing a loupe, you get the idea. It's worth a look.

ZMans is run by Alex Zieman who is a competent numismatist. She worked as a grader for NGC and could actually answer random $500 Jeopardy questions on numismatics without having to Google it. Their inventory is decent, small shop serving a tourist area, main downside is the historic district is a PITA to navigate.

Best shop in Jax is Edgewood Coin by a gap: old school survivor shop from the 60s that has a very good selection of whatever you need coin wise and people on staff to answer numismatic questions (including hard questions). I'm a fan.
