I'm Out.. The amount of money they are charging for these is out of control. The dual dated will be the end of collecting these for me. This is money that can be better spent on classics or coins that are more satisfying & not an imitation. I know that people will continue to buy them, to each his own.

I agree with you. I'm going to watch ebay and hopefully snag a ms70 for issue price in a year or so. I'd settle for a ms69 for $100. If I can't get one that way, I'm out.

I have collected The Original Morgan and Peace dollars Decades ago, Having the True 100TH Anniversary releases is a Sweet Commemoration of these Series, ... Waiting for My 2026- Dual-Dated Reverse Proof 100th Anniversary Peace Silver Dollar. Remember, Bringing these Modern Morgan and Peace dollars back was the 100th Anniversary ( 1921 ) Re-issue of both in 2021. They made a 1926 Peace Silver dollar, ..... Only IMO they pushed things too far after true anniversary dates were Past. All I wanted and I Love it !!!! We all know the mints Greed is Outstanding.... Collect as you will...

I never had any interest in them. The US Mint modern gimmick issues are way out of line in terms of cost and aesthetic IMO.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art

2026 is the first year in a long while where I have not bought anything beyond the annual sets. 2027 may end up being the first year in an even longer time I will not even buy those if these crazy prices are maintained.

I would like both the Peace and Morgan, but I had to return both because the were damaged. May take a trip to the Philly mint for replacements.

Higher prices and lower quality. Not a good combination.

Enjoy your guitar. I have several but my only good one is my 1960 Martin similar to the one used by Willie Nelson. Besides coin collecting one of my other hobbies is songwriting.

Quote: The US Mint modern gimmick issues are way out of line in terms of cost and aesthetic yep, I concur. I can't even look at pictures of them. when that virus spread to the ASEs it killed my interest. 2019 & 2020 was a stab in the heart for me. I haven't looked back and I haven't looked at the mint's catalog online since. booooo.
