These look pretty interesting to me. A good coin shop or jewelry store should have an XRF machine that can easily confirm metal content. "Industrial silver" would presumably be 99.9% minimum purity. An honest buyer should pay maybe 80-90% of spot silver price if they can verify purity.
I presume these are uniform ingots. Do they all weigh the same? What is the weight, and do you have a total count and/or weight for the entire lot?
