The bottom band have a small minor issue that I think keeps it away from being 65. But its definitely a MS-64FB IMHO.

looks like there are some flow lines on the side of the obv leading me to believe that the obv was LDS and the reverse appears to have them as well.

I would also be at 63FB. Marks on lower jaw (backwards L), upper neck and field near I.

Sorry for the delay. Meant to put it up last night but was tired and fell asleep early. I think she is a beauty and probably would have bid on this one if I had not picked up the one I purchased recently. Realized $26,505 on Thursday last week. Other 62FBs that I have seen recently were offered for $24-25K so this one caught a slight premium that was well deserved imho.
