Might be a lighting issue or luster might be impaired by excessive dipping. Minor contact marks plus a diagonal scratch across Liberty's cheek. I also see faint horizontal hairline scratches below her eye. If luster is OK, MS-63 might fit. If luster is as weak as the photos suggest it might be judged a problem coin, like "MS detail improper cleaning". Report this Post to the Staff

I don't think they are from cleaning but rather from a coin album cover (i.e. Dansko) or having moved across a desk etc. Hairlines do not go into field. here are pics that show luster better.
