National Debt relief, however minimal, has been shut out so far in the 2020s. None of the commemorative coin programs authorized by the United States ("US") Congress to date have included collected surcharge funds (in whole or in part) directed to be used for reducing the national debt.

It might just be that the days of commemorative coins being used as a vehicle to help reduce the National Debt are over. But there's always hope!

Seems the US Congress has lost the appetite for reducing the national debt.

Thanks for helping keep the score on this topic.

Bummer.

Indeed.

At least the elimination of a circulating cent has helped in its own way.
