They should have talked about what that collection would look like to an outsider who inherits the collection. I think there is also a useful distinction to be made between a broad collection (world coins, all eras of a country, a mix of ancients and moderns, etc.) and a deeply specialized collection (exhaustive VAM numbers, complete CPG variety sets for denominations, registry sets, mint error coin collections, etc.).
