Lot of chatter on the obverse with MD.
Reverse has circle of death..

Just from the Obv, I'd say 63-63, but the Rev has a lot of damage (circular around the whole coin, probably from a parking meter or counter/roller). Its worse on the date and into the top of the animal's back. I don't think that it WOULD grade. I think that the Obv chatter on her, maybe MD, are more from the reflection of the light on her head/back.

Heavily damaged reverse, ungradable coin, did the dealer pull it out of his pocket while your attention was diverted?
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

This coin was graded by a big coin company in southern Ontario it was MS62 on the 2x2 and thats all nothing about a scratch or any thing, I do have an email in to them ? what happened.

Every once in a while, I see Coin Wrapping Machine Damage on PCGS and NGC coins on ebay. For whatever reason, that damage seems to get past graders everywhere, when they are much more diligent about spotting straight scratches. |
