Unfortunately not. However, this example is not genuine. 76 year old cellophane would not look like that. Most likely it would be very yellowed, probably crinkly and the staple would likely be quite rusty.

1953, 1954, 1955 Proof Set Packaging Examples: 1953: Staple rust residue visible on the "sleeves"; the Half was sent off for grading  1954:  1955: The materials used for the coin "sleeves" in 1955 caused nasty tarnishing   The above proof sets were inherited. . .I would guess 1955 sets that were moved to alternative holders, e.g., Capital Plastics, shortly after receipt have fared better than the example I have. . .1955 sets were also issued in "flat packs"; from the photos I've seen of the '55 flat pack listings on ebay, the condition of those sets is much better. I would be very wary of buying an unopened "box pack" 1955 set.
