**2017 Canadian $1 Loonie (1867-2017) - Connecting a Nation - Possible Die Chip**

Hello everyone,

I have two 2017 Canadian $1 Connecting a Nation loonies that appear to have a raised die chip on the right side of the train on the right. I have circled the area in the photo to make it easier to see.

I also have another coin without this feature for comparison.

Has anyone else come across this particular variation? I am trying to find out whether this is a known mint error or die chip variety, as I haven't been able to find much information about it.

I would really appreciate any information or opinions from fellow collectors.

Thank you!

A die chip is neither an error nor a variety, this why you
probably won't find any information on it,. They are quite
common and add no value to a coin. There could be
thousands out there the same depending on when
during the run the chip occured.
