I have a coin with lines near the beads. Is the rim normal or just damaged?

Is it worth anything?

Thank you in advance.

If you do not mind some advice, small little die chips are really worthless some dealers would have a book of these minor varietys that you can buy for 10 bucks a page. Major stuff like off planchets, wrong planchets major offset, brockerages 180 degree rotations that is where the money is at. The RCM mandate is to create a circulating coin that serves the purpose like a MS 63 and as the dies wear you will all these minor die chips, the RCM is not trying to produce a MS 69 or 70 coin, it is crank them out at a resonable quality to do the job

Could the stamping pressure have been lessened/reduced, so the stamped planchet couldn't reach the collar as it expanded? Or maybe a larger diam planchet? I think that it's DD as well, but thought that there might be other possibilities

Interesting find, but I should defer to the consensus opinion that it is DD.
