I was wondering does anybody know if V coin is a reputable website for purchasing ancient coins... and is anybody going to The New York International Numismatic Convention this week? also, any good tips about attending the show? Thanks
I'm not sure that's a question that can be answered as such. Assuming you mean vcoins.com, it's really an aggregation of individual sellers. I think you should be asking questions of/about the specific dealer from whom you're considering buying.
With that said, vcoins does have a code of ethics that they require their dealers to abide by, but I can't speak to how strictly they enforce it. Still, at least one of the terms is worth mentioning:
"I will vouch for the authenticity of items I sell and will have no time limit on the return of items discovered to be non-authentic. I will offer a full cash refund upon return of any such item, including the cost of return shipping. "
